Your Impact
The Senior Analyst-Marketplace Seller Management supports the performance and growth of an assigned Subdivision and portfolio of growth sellers. This role is responsible for turning marketplace data, seller needs, and category priorities into clear actions that improve seller performance, expand assortment, strengthen item content, and reduce friction across the seller and customer journey. The Sr Analyst partners closely with Business Development, Onboarding, Marketplace Operations, Seller Support, Category, Digital Category Excellence, Fulfillment, and Technology teams to execute marketplace initiatives from planning through implementation and follow-up. This role plays an important part in scaling Lowe's Marketplace by helping sellers grow profitably while improving the quality, consistency, and execution of the overall marketplace experience.

What You Will Do
- Execute seller growth and performance plans for an assigned subdivision and book of growth sellers.
- Identify opportunities to improve Gross Merchandise Value, assortment expansion, Stock Keeping Unit productivity, item content quality, and seller experience through data-driven analysis and seller engagement.
- Use performance reporting, seller feedback, customer signals, operational trends, and competitive insights to identify issues, recommend actions, and support execution against marketplace priorities.
- Support category Profit and Loss performance through data-driven analysis, operational execution, and continuous improvement initiatives within assigned categories. Collaborate with merchandising and cross-functional teams to provide insights and support omni assortment strategies that enhance category productivity and profitability.
- Partner with sellers and internal teams to address assortment gaps, operational blockers, and customer experience opportunities.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating actions, tracking milestones, escalating risks, and helping ensure work moves through to completion.
- Lead small cross-functional initiatives and provide guidance to analysts on assigned work.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations to sellers and internal stakeholders to support performance improvement and accountability.
- Monitor seller health and marketplace performance across assigned work, helping identify trends related to fulfillment, findability, onboarding, and operational execution.
- Maintain strong working relationships across Business Development, Onboarding, Operations, Seller Support, Category, Catalog, Digital Category Excellence, and Technology teams to keep priorities aligned and issues moving.
- Share marketplace learnings, process feedback, and best practices that help improve team execution over time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or a related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, merchandising, business operations, account management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience supporting seller performance, marketplace operations, category management, digital commerce, or cross-functional operational execution.
- 1 year of experience leading projects or workstreams, coordinating cross-functional partners, or providing guidance to less experienced team members.
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, and strategic business environment.
- Experience in retail or marketplace environments.
- Experience using data and reporting to drive business decisions.
- Exposure to seller-facing work, catalog and content optimization, and cross-functional operational execution.
- Familiarity with Profit and Loss concepts, including exposure to revenue, margin, and related business performance metrics.
