Nous recherchons une ou un professionnel(le) en comptabilité et finance, rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) vers les détails, pour soutenir les opérations financières quotidiennes de lorganisation. La personne en poste prépare et analyse les rapports financiers, maintient lexactitude des registres comptables et participe activement aux activités de clôtures mensuelles et annuelles. Elle effectue des conciliations de comptes, enquête sur les écarts financiers et fournit des analyses pertinentes pour appuyer la prise de décision de la direction. En collaboration avec diverses équipes internes, elle assure le suivi financier adéquat des activités daffaires, contribue aux processus de budget et de prévisions financières et participe à lamélioration continue des procédures de comptabilité et de finance. Une solide compréhension des principes comptables, une grande attention aux détails et un engagement envers la conformité aux politiques internes et aux normes comptables sont essentiels pour réussir dans ce rôle.
Responsabilités
- Préparer et analyser les rapports financiers ainsi que la documentation de soutien.
- Effectuer les conciliations de comptes et sassurer de lexactitude des données financières.
- Participer aux activités de clôture de fin de mois et de fin dannée.
- Analyser les écarts financiers et fournir des explications claires et structurées à la direction.
- Soutenir les processus de comptes fournisseurs et de comptes clients au besoin.
- Maintenir, mettre à jour et documenter les registres comptables dans le système financier.
- Collaborer avec les différents départements internes afin dassurer un suivi financier rigoureux des opérations.
- Contribuer à la préparation des budgets et des prévisions financières.
- Appliquer les principes comptables généralement reconnus et respecter les politiques et procédures internes.
- Participer à lamélioration continue des processus et contrôles financiers.
Compétences Essentielles
- Au moins 5 ans dexpérience en comptabilité ou en analyse financière.
- Minimum de 2 ans dexpérience comme auditeur, analyste financier, partenaire daffaires en finance ou comptable.
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Très bonne connaissance des principes comptables et de linformation financière.
- Expérience en conciliations de comptes, écritures de journal et gestion du grand livre général.
- Compétences avancées en Excel, incluant les tableaux croisés dynamiques (pivots), les fonctions de recherche (VLOOKUP) et lutilisation de formules et de fonctions de base et avancées.
- Expérience des processus de fin de mois et de fin dannée.
- Capacité démontrée en analyse de variances et en interprétation des états financiers.
- Maîtrise de logiciels comptables et bonne aisance avec les systèmes financiers.
- Excellentes habiletés analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à travailler avec rigueur, à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter des échéances serrées.
- Aptitude à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes internes multidisciplinaires.

- Titre professionnel CPA (ou en voie dobtention) considéré comme un atout important.
- Expérience en audit et en analyse de bilan et détats financiers.
- Expérience comme partenaire daffaires en finance dans un environnement corporatif.
- Confort à travailler dans un environnement bilingue (français et anglais) avec des entités au Canada et aux États-Unis.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et verbale pour expliquer clairement les analyses financières.

Lentreprise compte environ 350 employé(e)s au Canada et 100 aux États-Unis, offrant ainsi un contexte corporatif structuré tout en conservant une dimension humaine. Le modèle de travail est hybride, avec trois jours par semaine au bureau et deux jours en télétravail, ce qui favorise à la fois la collaboration en personne et la flexibilité.
