Full-Charge Bookkeeper
📍 Spokane, WA (On-Site) 💲 $25-$35/hour 📅 Contract-to-Hire Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable, family-owned company? We are partnering with a well-established Spokane business that has been serving customers for over 40 years. What You'll Be Doing
As the Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you'll take ownership of day-to-day accounting functions while supporting the overall success of the business. Responsibilities include:
- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Preparing monthly financial reports and statements
- Maintaining aging reports for wholesale dealer accounts
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Partnering with an external accounting firm for annual reconciliations
- Entering and maintaining accurate financial data in QuickBooks Enterprise
- Supporting customers and clients by answering occasional phone inquiries
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise
- Accounting training, certification, or degree preferred (AIPB, NACPB, Accounting coursework, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-player mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
