Community Access Services is looking for a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Program Lead to help guide our residential program in The Dalles, Oregon. In this hands-on role, you'll continue doing what you love—supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)—while mentoring fellow Direct Support Professionals and helping create a safe, supportive, and empowering home.

What You'll Do as a Program Lead
- Building trusting, person-centered relationships that respect each individual's dignity, choices, and independence.
- Supporting daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Encouraging participation in community outings, recreation, appointments, employment, and personal goals.
- Helping individuals build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve greater independence.
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Creating a clean, safe, welcoming, and supportive home environment.
- Mentoring and serving as a positive role model for Direct Support Professionals.
- Advocating for the rights, choices, and well-being of the individuals in your care.
- Helping support the daily operations and overall success of the residential program.

Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to become an approved company driver.
- Ability to pass a national background check.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals with mobility needs.
