About this role
The Role
The Micro-Kitchen Porter is responsible for maintaining Veeva’s Mirco-Kitchen at Veeva’s Headquarters. This person must have strong customer service values, be able to be on their feet for long periods of time, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. This role will work closely with the Kitchen Porter Manager, Micro Kitchen Lead & Workplace Services Team.
What You'll Do
- Keep micro-kitchen areas clean and stocked throughout the day
- Remove dirty dishes and restock as needed
- Work well within a team
- Maintain inventory log
- Ability to follow instructions and safety policies
- Attendance and Punctuality essential function of the position as it requires face to face interaction
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
Requirements
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Work hours vary from 7am to 5pm
- Ability to be on your feet for most of the day
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice to Have
- Ability to do basic building repairs & maintenance

Compensation
- Base pay: Starting at $20.00
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
