Are you a well-rounded recruiter who enjoys managing a variety of searches and partnering with teams across the business? Join our team as a Recruiter and play an important role in attracting and hiring talent across a range of functions, job families, and experience levels. You will combine proactive sourcing, organized execution, sound judgment, and strong stakeholder partnership to deliver quality hires and an exceptional candidate experience.
In this role, you will support recruiting across a variety of roles and levels by:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions across multiple functions and experience levels while balancing quality, pace, compliance, and candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and establish practical recruiting and interview plans.
- Develop sourcing strategies using direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, job boards, talent communities, and other relevant channels.
- Screen and assess candidates against job-related qualifications, experience, capabilities, and organizational needs.
- Use recruiting data and market insights to communicate progress, identify hiring challenges, and recommend adjustments.
- Build pipelines for current openings and recurring talent needs across assigned business areas.
- Contribute to a collaborative Talent Acquisition team through knowledge sharing, process consistency, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to work on-site at our North Canton, Ohio location one day per week.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, functions, or experience levels.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies and engaging both active and passive candidates.
- Strong relationship-management and consultation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to provide clear updates and represent opportunities accurately.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, recruiting technology, and common productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, stakeholders, and priorities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to an inclusive candidate experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and varied hiring needs.

- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, job families, geographic markets, or levels of seniority.
- Experience supporting a mix of high-volume, professional, technical, and business support positions.
- Knowledge of employment practices, recruiting compliance, and inclusive hiring principles.
- Experience contributing to recruiting projects, process improvements, or employer-branding initiatives.
