Who we’re looking for
The Manager, Learning Delivery leads the learner-facing execution function across enterprise and regional Learning & Development. Reporting to the National Manager, Enterprise Learning, this role oversees facilitation and delivery operations, directly manages Delivery leaders and team members, sets quality and readiness standards, allocates capacity, and serves as the primary escalation point for delivery issues. The Manager ensures sessions are learner-ready, well-run, on schedule, and supported by accurate logistics, communications, rosters, and routine learning-system transactions.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach, develop, and manage Delivery direct reports through goals, feedback, development planning, workload management, performance accountability, and career support.
- Lead the Delivery function across facilitation and delivery operations for enterprise and regional learning.
- Set and reinforce standards for learner readiness, facilitation quality, delivery presence, session execution, logistics, communications, and operational follow-through.
- Manage team capacity, workload distribution, facilitator coverage, scheduling priorities, and resource allocation across sessions, programs, and business units.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, rosters, learner communications, facilitator readiness, materials, technology, and operational preparation for delivery events.
- Monitor Delivery performance through learner feedback, observations, evaluations, operational measures, and service trends, and lead improvement actions.
- Oversee routine LMS and system transactions to confirm assignments, enrollments, completions, records, and related activities follow approved standards and timelines.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex learner, facilitator, staffing, scheduling, logistics, access, technology, and delivery issues.
- Partner with the Manager, Facilitation on facilitation standards, certification, network capability, coaching, and quality interventions.
- Partner with Programs on schedules, cohorts, program sustainment, communications, and delivery requirements.
- Partner with Design to ensure materials are teach-ready and delivery teams understand instructional intent, boundaries, and learner outcomes.
- Partner with Enable on LMS records, reporting, platform readiness, and delivery-related system support while maintaining clear functional boundaries.
What you bring
- 7+ years of progressive experience in learning delivery, facilitation leadership, training operations, program delivery, or related L&D roles.
- Experience leading, coaching, developing, and evaluating employees.
- Demonstrated success managing teams in a complex, cross-functional environment, including goals, workload, performance accountability, and career development.
- Strong knowledge of instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid delivery, facilitation quality, scheduling, logistics, learner communications, and operational readiness, sessions, audiences, and locations.
- Working knowledge of LMS transactions, learning records, delivery technology, operational controls, and escalation practices.
- Strong people-leadership skills, including performance management, capability building, and career development.
- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, quality judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Demonstrates Customer First, Respect for People, Kaizen, accountability, and Toyota values.
Added bonus if you have
- Financial services industry experience.
- Professional facilitation, talent-development, operations, or project-management certification.
- Experience leading multi-location, contact-center, virtual, or enterprise-scale learning delivery organizations.
