The Role

Entegris is currently seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager to join our Advanced Depositions Materials team. This position can be based remotely in the US within a state that Entegris operates in.

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) New Product Introductions (NPIs) from concept through release to high volume manufacturing. This role serves as the technical execution owner, ensuring alignment across Business Development, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to deliver ADM products that meet customer requirements for performance, quality, and scalability.

This is a remote opportunity, and the candidate can be based in the following states: MA, CT, PA, IL, TX, NV.

What You’ll Do

- Drive New Product Introduction’ from concept/feasibility through release to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.

- Define, track, manage, and report New Product Introduction PI milestones (sampling, development, HVM)

- Identify and mitigate technical and executions risks across development and execution phases.

- Coordinate cross functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale

- Drive standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices.

- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.

- Promote data‑driven decision‑making and structured problem‑solving.

- Aid in crafting customer communications to balance customer requirements, effective marketing of products, and strategic protection of information to maintain competitive advantage

- Manage complex, high-impact programs that are critical to the business or customer

What We Seek

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree/discipline is required

- 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and strong understanding of engineering workflows, development of lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.

- Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or new product development within semiconductor fabrication or related high-technology manufacturing environments.

- Strong project management skills, including but not limited to, risk assessment and mitigation, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management & project closure

- Strong written & verbal communication skills

- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

- Ability to translate technical ambiguity into clear execution plans.

- Compensation: The salary range for this position is $118,000-$180,000. Final compensation will be based on the candidate's overall skills and qualifications for the role.
