Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. About The Role:
The Golf Services Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to members and guests throughout their golf experience at The Gardens, the Tom Fazio-designed championship course. As a key member of the outside services team, this position helps ensure the golf operation is organized, welcoming, and presented to the highest standards.
Working closely with the Guest Services Manager and golf operations team, the Golf Services Attendant assists with golf cart preparation, bag handling, practice facility operations, and daily guest services. This role requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
Our goal is to provide a best-in-class golf experience that exceeds expectations and reflects the elevated lifestyle and service standards of Naples Beach Club.
What you will do :
- Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, cleaning, and storage of golf bags.
- Prepare, stage, clean, and maintain golf carts to club standards.
- Ensure golf carts are properly stocked and ready for daily play.
- Assist members and guests with golf equipment and provide directions as needed.
- Support daily practice facility operations, including range setup, range ball collection, and maintaining cleanliness of the practice areas.
- Keep the staging area, bag room, cart barn, and practice facilities clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of range balls, towels, water, and other operational supplies.
- Assist with tournament and member event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Provide support for member and guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with the Guest Services Manager and golf operations team regarding daily activities and member needs.
- Follow all club safety procedures and operational standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Maintain a highly visible presence around the golf operation while promoting a culture of hospitality and service excellence.
- Represent Naples Beach Club with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences for members and guests.

- Previous golf, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of golf and golf etiquette preferred.
