About this role

Description

Shape the future of advertising by transforming how publishers engage with our video network. As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll design and deliver programs that simplify workflows, reduce complexity, and drive meaningful impact across our advertising ecosystem.

You’ll take ownership of critical initiatives that transform the publisher experience across our video advertising network. Working at the intersection of product, business, and operations, you’ll identify opportunities, define success metrics, and launch programs that deliver measurable results. You’ll collaborate across teams to streamline processes, remove friction, and build scalable solutions that empower publishers to succeed. Your work will directly influence how our advertising platform evolves and grows, making you a key contributor to our strategic vision.

Key job responsibilities
• Designing scaled processes by gathering functional requirements, identifying resources needed, and defining milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of each initiative.
• Driving accountability from stakeholders for progress on key program actions through active engagement and escalation.
• Partner with cross-functional leads across the Amazon Ads organization providing tactical guidance and support.
• Driving and facilitating complex projects focusing on results and metric measurement.
• Assisting with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures, and processes.
• Identifying and mitigating risks, and removing roadblocks within projects.

A day in the life
Your day involves balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You might start by reviewing progress on an initiative to simplify publisher onboarding, then meet with product and sales teams to align on next steps. You'll spend time analyzing workflow data to identify bottlenecks, then design templated processes to address them. Later, you'll facilitate a working session with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics for a new program launch. You'll also identify potential roadblocks and work proactively to remove them before they impact timelines. Throughout the day, you're communicating progress, escalating blockers, and keeping teams aligned on shared goals.
