Healthcare Strategy & Workforce Executive

AlphaGov, the government and public-sector division of Casa Moon LLC, is seeking experienced healthcare leaders for consulting opportunities focused on workforce strategy, organizational planning, provider capacity, and healthcare access.

We welcome healthcare executives, physician enterprise leaders, CHROs, workforce planning leaders, and senior consultants who understand how staffing, compensation, recruitment, and organizational performance connect.

What You May Work On

Assignments will align with your experience and may include:

- Healthcare workforce planning and staffing needs assessments.
- Physician, advanced practice provider, nursing, and allied health capacity.
- Recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Compensation benchmarking, incentive structures, and provider productivity.
- Organizational design, role alignment, and workforce deployment.
- Labor market analysis and healthcare workforce supply and demand.
- Rural and underserved community healthcare access.
- Workforce development partnerships and program evaluation.
- Strategic plans connecting workforce investments to service delivery.

Requirements

We are interested in professionals with:

- Significant experience in healthcare leadership, workforce strategy, human resources, physician enterprise management, or related consulting.
- Demonstrated results in workforce planning, compensation, recruitment and retention, provider utilization, or organizational improvement.
- Experience using workforce or operational data to support decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop actionable recommendations.

Government and public-sector experience is preferred, not required. Experience with public hospitals, academic health systems, community health centers, workforce organizations, or rural healthcare programs is especially relevant.

You do not need experience in every area listed. Executives with broad organizational experience and specialists in individual workforce disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Engagement Structure

AlphaGov is recruiting for upcoming proposals and future consulting engagements. Opportunities may include strategic assessments, advisory assignments, workforce studies, and implementation support, depending on client needs and contract awards.

This is a project-based opportunity, not an immediate salaried executive vacancy. Scope, compensation, availability, and responsibilities will be agreed upon for each engagement. Participation is nonexclusive, and inclusion in our network does not guarantee an assignment.
