## Project Overview:

Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility for Intel Corporation, located at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. As part of this work, the M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading-edge chipmaking facility — a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success. The project supports the continued expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain while creating significant opportunity for the local Arizona workforce. Joining the Fab 62 team means contributing directly to one of the most strategically important construction efforts in the United States and helping deliver the infrastructure behind the next generation of microelectronics.

- Direct or coordinate the design of temporary construction facilities and electrical temporary works as required to support safe field execution.
- Coordinate the interface between the construction automation plan and the project controls program; review progress information related to cost, schedule, quantities, productivity, forecasts, and remaining work.
- Prepare or direct construction cost estimates, cost reports, forecasts, progress reports, and technical input to project controls documents for electrical activities.
- Develop and implement applicable construction procedures from approved Standard Work Process Procedures and coordinate proposed deviations through the required review and approval process.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate field material requisitions, material substitutions, services, and equipment; review material receiving and warehousing information to verify correct materials are available and properly controlled.
- Coordinate subcontract technical activities to verify that materials, equipment, installation, inspection, testing, documentation, and quality requirements comply with approved design documents and subcontract requirements.
- Plan and recommend electrical construction methods and procedures to Superintendents to ensure field operations remain within engineering design, specification, safety, quality, and project requirements.
- Maintain complete electrical construction engineering records for job history, turnover, and closeout, including current drawings, specifications, field changes, inspection records, test documentation, and as-built information.
