Job Summary:
Leads the architectural design process for complex or multi-phase projects. Oversees design development, documentation, and coordination of architectural systems, ensuring alignment with client goals, codes, and DPR standards. Collaborates closely with engineers, contractors, and prefabrication teams to produce coordinated and manufacturable designs. Leads integration of DPR Self-Perform Work (SPW) and prefabrication products into project designs, leveraging Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) practices to support a coordinated, continuous model and data environment from design through fabrication and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversees architectural scope from concept through construction documentation.
Directs coordination among design disciplines to ensure integration of architectural and building system elements.
Leads design review sessions to confirm compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
Develops project-specific detailing standards and contributes to template and library updates.
Provides technical guidance to architects and designers throughout project execution.
Coordinates with manufacturing and construction teams to ensure designs support constructability and prefabrication.
Contributes to continuous improvement of design workflows and processes.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
15+ years of experience in architectural design and coordination required, including experience leading project design efforts.

Certifications and Licenses:
Registered Architect (RA) license required.
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification preferred.
