Job Title: Staffing Coordinator Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support all aspects of the hiring process. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities, maintaining accurate candidate records, and building strong candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the organization. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complex schedules, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of a talented workforce. Responsibilities

- Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed.
- Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking and recruiting systems.
- Confirm new hires in recruiting systems and ensure records are accurate and complete.
- Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
- Track recruiting activities and maintain candidate status information in weekly reports.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities as needed.

Essential Skills

- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelors degree.
- Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
- Demonstrated coordination and administrative support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruiting tools.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience.

Work Environment This position is 100% onsite in Seattle in a fast-paced recruiting environment. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems. The work involves frequent communication by phone and email, rapid context switching, and managing multiple scheduling and coordination tasks throughout the day. The setting emphasizes professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
