Job Title: Full Cycle Recruiter Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to own full-cycle recruiting while supporting a major HR technology transformation. You will manage salaried requisitions from job posting through offer, partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business functions, and play a key role in the transition of recruiting activities into UKG. This position blends hands-on recruiting, stakeholder partnership, and recruiting operations to ensure a seamless hiring experience and strong data integrity during a large-scale system implementation.
Responsibilities
- Manage salaried requisitions throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing through offer stage.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to provide recruiting guidance, status updates, and process support across the hiring process.
- Coordinate candidate movement through recruiting workflows and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience.
- Support hiring efforts across manufacturing facilities and corporate functions, including IT, Finance, Sales, and other professional positions.
- Prepare offer documentation and maintain recruiting compliance standards throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal and external job postings.
- Support recruiting workflow administration and ensure smooth process execution within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor ATS data integrity and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
- Support the migration of recruiting activities into UKG, including planning and day-to-day execution.
- Assist with recruiting-related testing, validation, cleanup, and implementation activities during the system transition.
- Reformat, review, and enter recruiting data into UKG, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and aligned.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicate records, and system-related issues within recruiting systems.
- Partner with Recruiting, HR Business Partners, and project teams to ensure recruiting continuity throughout the system cutover.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Provide strong customer service to hiring managers and requisition owners, treating them as key stakeholders and partners.
- Balance full-cycle recruiting responsibilities with operational and systems-related work, adapting to shifting priorities and evolving processes.
- Support candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding-related coordination as part of the full-cycle recruiting process.
Essential Skills
- At least 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruiting operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle from applicant review through offer stage.
- Hands-on experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with ATS platforms such as UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Recruiting, or similar systems.
- Experience reviewing, auditing, and validating recruiting or HR data for accuracy and completeness.
- Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting-related systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, including schedule management.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving processes.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to consult and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and hiring decisions.
- Ability to maintain data accuracy and support systems administration within recruiting tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with UKG and/or Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience supporting HR technology implementations, system migrations, or platform transitions.
- Background in both recruiting and recruiting operations environments.
- Agency recruiting experience or experience supporting a variety of business functions and hiring managers.
- Exposure to manufacturing, corporate, professional, or high-volume recruiting environments.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and requisition management across diverse roles.
- Experience with technical recruiting and recruiting for specialized positions.
- Demonstrated ability to screen resumes effectively and manage high volumes of candidates.
- Proven adaptability during large-scale system implementations and organizational change.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills that support collaboration across Talent Acquisition, HR, and project teams.
- Customer-focused mindset, viewing hiring managers and requisition owners as key customers.
- Comfort balancing recruiting responsibilities with operational, data, and systems-related work.
- High level of organization, adaptability, and attention to detail, especially during periods of change.

Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid schedule based in Seattle, WA, combining on-site collaboration with remote work flexibility. You will join a collaborative and fast-paced Talent Acquisition team in a high-visibility position supporting a major HR technology transformation. The environment offers a mix of hands-on recruiting execution, stakeholder partnership, and recruiting operations/project support. You will work extensively with ATS platforms such as UKG and other recruiting systems, as well as Microsoft Office, while contributing directly to a critical organizational initiative and making an immediate, visible impact.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
