Our Mission
Transforming lives through Service, Technology and Philanthropy
What We Are Up To
As part of our 'One Agiliant' vision, we are building a unified organization where business strategy, service delivery, engineering, and client success work together as a single team focused on delivering exceptional customer support.
We believe technology should be predictable, proactive, secure, and aligned to business objectives. Through collaboration, innovation, automation, and accountability, we help organizations leverage technology so they can focus on their business outcomes.
Agiliant specializes in serving mid-market organizations with approximately 100–500 employees, often operating across multiple locations and states with complex technology, network, security, cloud, and operational requirements.
Our Philosophy
Our organization is built on strong relationships. We are committed to family, trust, creativity, kindness, generosity, community, personal and professional balance. Our environment is built on growth and sustainable success through leadership and innovation. We support a culture that makes an impact in both business and community.
Our Engineering Model
Agiliant's engineering organization is designed around clear technical leadership, strong domain ownership, and strategic use of technology and delivery partners. The Senior MSP Engineer provides overall technical leadership, architecture, standards, complex escalation, and project/change leadership.
The team is supported by Agiliant's NOC, Microsoft CSP, SOC/MDR, and specialized implementation partners, allowing our internal engineers to focus on technical ownership, customer outcomes, complex engineering, and continuous improvement.
Role Summary
The Senior MSP Engineer (L4) serves as Agiliant's senior technical authority and highest level of engineering escalation. Reporting to the Director of IT, this role provides technical leadership across the engineering organization, establishes engineering standards, mentors engineering resources, and makes or guides complex technical decisions across Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security.
The role is also a key technical leader for customer projects and change initiatives - providing architecture, solution design, technical scoping, BOM/SOW input, and implementation leadership while working closely with Agiliant's Network & Security Engineer, Systems Administrator Engineer, NOC, Microsoft CSP, SOC/MDR, and implementation partners. While the domain engineers focus primarily on the ongoing health and consistency of managed environments, the Senior MSP Engineer provides the senior technical leadership, architecture, and project expertise that moves those environments forward.
