About this role

This role is responsible for directing the design, development, and improvement of production processes and equipment. Support efficient, high-quality manufacturing through technical guidance, cross-functional coordination, and process and equipment engineering in assigned production areas.

Supervise manufacturing engineers and technicians, including hiring, performance evaluation, and workload assignment Support process and/or equipment design, development, and commissioning work to meet production, quality, and cost targets Plan use of team resources and project budgets for manufacturing engineering programs Perform and review root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement work in assigned production areas Coordinate with design, quality, facilities, and operations on manufacturability, installation, and handover

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Robotics, or a related field 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or related occupation 2 years of experience developing, commissioning, or validating manufacturing processes or production equipment 2 years of experience applying statistical or experimental methods (e.g., SPC, DOE) to analyze manufacturing process performance metrics such as OEE, yield, or cycle time 2 years of experience performing 3D computer-aided design (CAD) of fixtures, tooling, or production-equipment/line layouts 1 year of experience with automation systems, including PLC troubleshooting, HMI interfaces, or equipment-commissioning procedures 1 year of experience applying design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and GD&T principles and developing quality control plans

Expected Compensation $156,000 - $276,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
