- Efficiently program, set up, and run a variety of multi-axis CNC mills and lathes (Mikron, Hermle, DMG, Matsuura, Grob, Haas) to produce deliverable components during demand spikes
- Proactively track, document, and provide direct feedback with clear communication to management, engineers, programmers, and machinists on design, process, project status and outcomes
- Personally train and organize 3rd party training of machinists and programmers on both fundamental and newly implemented processes
- Leverage AI tools to improve shop workflows and processes

- Deep knowledge and understanding of engineering drawings, documents, and GD&T
- Ability to learn, operate, and optimize multiple CNC controls (Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens, Haas)
- Familiarity with various automation systems
- Experience developing complex probing routines and macro programming
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop and present complex technical information to a diverse audience
- Positive energy and attitude, with a passion for prototyping and machining
- Excellent mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management
