We are looking for a risk specialist (m, f, d) as an</p><p>OpRisk Process Officer</p><p>Your Tasks: </p><p>Reviewing existing risk management framework and processes / Facilitating the process of identifying, evaluating, managing and monitoring risk across the bank including the development of risk management methodologies and tools / Maintaining a sound high level end to end understanding of relevant business processes, systems and related risks and consulting with business/control process owners on developing processes and controls to manage risks / Preparation of risk management reports for the regular management meetings and external risk reporting to auditors and stakeholders / Conducting regular reviews of relevant policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors / Providing support, education and training to staff to maintain awareness of risk management and internal control within the organization.</p><p>Your Profile: </p><p>Master's or Bachelor's / CIA or CPA / Experience as a risk process manager in an international bank / Good knowledge of the Swiss banking regulation / Knowledge of the risk landscape in the banking areas / Strong team player / Ability to work independently / Ability to conceive and deliver projects under pressure / Residence in Switzerland required / English as well as French, German as an advantage.</p><p>Your Contact:</p><p>Mr. Ivano Coni would like to support you.
