## Summary
The TA Advisor is responsible for supporting business talent strategies through close partnership with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams. This role delivers high-quality hiring outcomes while contributing to talent pipeline development, recruitment process optimization, and employer branding initiatives. Acting as a trusted talent advisor, the role provides market insights and talent solutions that support business growth and workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding follow-up, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide talent market insights, recruitment strategies, and hiring recommendations.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates and build sustainable talent pipelines.
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure strong alignment with position requirements and organizational culture.
- Deliver an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience through proactive communication and effective process management.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Support and lead talent acquisition initiatives, including campus programs, hiring campaigns, and strategic recruitment projects.
- Drive recruitment process improvements and standardization to enhance organizational hiring effectiveness.
- Contribute to employer branding activities, including campus engagement, social media campaigns, and local branding initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment system data and candidate records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with proven experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
- Solid understanding of recruitment methodologies, talent attraction strategies, and labor market trends.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capability.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment insights and metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems/tools.
