Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer (BI & Data Ecosystems) to join our Cloud Infrastructure & Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS , Kubernetes/GKE, Terraform, data platforms, and BI infrastructure. This role will focus on building and maintaining reliable, secure, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting data and analytics ecosystems.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize GCP and AWS infrastructure , including GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, EC2, and S3.
- Operate and maintain production GKE/Kubernetes environments , including networking, security, scaling, and upgrades.
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions.
- Support Data Lakehouse architecture, data platforms, governance, and analytics workloads .
- Maintain and optimize BI platforms such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Grafana and Cloud Operations Suite .
- Ensure strong IAM, encryption, network security, and access-control practices.
- Develop automation using Python, Bash, or Go .
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and reliability improvements.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
- Deep hands-on experience with GCP and AWS .
- Strong Kubernetes/GKE experience, including networking and security.
- Experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer/Airflow, and Cloud SQL .
- Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse architecture and governance .
- Hands-on experience with Terraform .
- Experience with GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions .
- Experience with Grafana and cloud monitoring/observability .
- Experience supporting Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of IAM, encryption, and network security .
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go .
