<h2>About the Role</h2><p>Shifts- Nights (8pm - 8am)</p><p>Working hours - 36 - 48hours per week</p><p>We are currently recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse in Wirral. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, promote residents’ well-being, and work collaboratively with the care team to maintain excellent standards of care.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Support the Deputy Manager in leading and guiding care staff to deliver high-quality care.</p></li><li><p>Develop and review person-centred care plans, respecting residents’ dignity, preferences, and individual needs.</p></li><li><p>Manage medication safely and ensure compliance with legal, professional, and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Safeguard residents’ welfare, maintain accurate records, and work in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct.</p></li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Must have valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).</p></li><li><p>Previous nursing experience in a similar healthcare setting is desirable.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of care planning, medication management, and safeguarding.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Compassionate approach with a commitment to person-centred care.</p></li><li><p>Must have the legal right to work in the UK.</p></li><li><p>sponsorship is not available.</p></li></ul><h2>Required Documents</h2><p>Candidates must provide the following documents for verification:</p><ul><li><p>DBS Certificate: A valid DBS certificate, subject to employer requirements.</p></li><li><p>Passport Copy: For identity verification.</p></li><li><p>Share Code: Candidates who do not hold a British passport must provide a valid Right to Work share code to verify their UK immigration status.</p></li></ul><h2>Benefits</h2><ul><li><p>Competitive pay of £23.00 per hour.</p></li><li><p>Full-time and part-time opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Ongoing training and professional development.</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to enhance nursing skills and experience.</p></li><li><p>Supportive working environment.</p></li></ul>
