What You'll Do

- Do regular property walks and quality audits to check that contracted cleaning services meet Crown's standards and frequencies.
- Share audit results within 24 hours and follow up corrective actions until they're closed out.
- Monitor and report on contractor performance against KPIs and look for ways to improve service and cost.
- Support Crown's waste diversion and recycling programs and show internal teams and contractors how to dispose of waste correctly.
- Order extra cleaning when needed to keep the property looking its best.
- Keep cleaning procedures, schedules and programs documented and up to date.

What You'll Bring

- 1–2 years' experience in quality assurance or auditing, ideally in cleaning, housekeeping or facilities.
- Experience working with contractors or service providers and holding them to agreed standards.
- A strong eye for detail and a high standard of presentation.
- Confident communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build good working relationships across teams.
- An interest in sustainability and an understanding of waste streams and recycling, or a willingness to learn.
