Job Requirements
Coordinate end‑to‑end dispatch operations by aligning with Production, QC, Sales/Marketing to ensure timely, accurate, and cost‑effective deliveries of finished goods.
Manage transporters, customers, and internal stakeholders , making decisions on dispatch planning, vehicle allocation, routing, and delivery priorities based on business needs.
Prepare, review, and authorize dispatch plans and documents based on sales orders, ensuring correctness before release of vehicles.
Monitor consignment movement, track deliveries, and provide status updates to relevant teams for seamless customer service.
Oversee warehouse and logistics operations , ensuring proper issuance/receipt of RM/PM/Oils, inventory accuracy, and SAP GRN/Issue process compliance.
Manage and supervise weighbridge operations, ensuring accurate weighment, documentation, and adherence to process and audit requirements.
Allocate and oversee daily work for logistics, weighbridge, warehouse, and support manpower, ensuring discipline, adherence to procedures, and safe operations.
Monitor loading/unloading activities, dispatch readiness, document flow, and physical verification , intervening and correcting deviations where required.
Guide and supervise contract labour/trainees for compliant, timely execution of dispatch, warehouse, and weighbridge tasks.
