Key Responsibilities
- Experience in public buildings such as metro rail stations, railway stations, airports and transit-oriented developments, involving multi‑disciplinary coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, fire & life safety, systems, and urban infrastructure.
- Design management and technical coordination with construction/site execution teams, including interface management, resolution of inter‑disciplinary clashes, constructability reviews, and coordination.
- Should be aware of industry standards and codes , including NBC, NFPA, local development control regulations, and other relevant national and international guidelines, ensuring compliance throughout design and construction stages.
