Job Responsibilities：
Product & supplier quality management
1. Supplier audit - factory onsite audit, quality management ability review, etc.
2. Production-line quality management – Process controlling and tracking the solution effective of daily production quality problems, and implementation of corrective and preventive measures, formulation of supplier quality improvement plans, and on-site follow-up when necessary.
3. NPI quality management - Quality management of new project stage for monitor products.
4. Field quality performance - Analyzing the AFR/yield rate of quality problems, organizing improvement plans, and making corresponding supplier development plans.
5. Issue handling - Field user quality problem handling and solution effective tracking.
6. Digital transformation - Supplier automation and digital transformation improvement.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, electronics, mechanical, or related field.
2. Chinese English Daily Communication.
3. 3 years or above quality management experience, familiar with monitor/TV/LCD process and key points of quality control, with LCD/monitor/TV factory quality management experience is preferred.
4. Good communication, organization and team management skills, communication and coordination with R&D, procurement, products, projects and other cross-departments, regular and irregular quality communication, and coordination meetings with suppliers.
5. Good at Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and office software.
岗位职责：
产品与供应商质量管理
1. 供应商审核——工厂现场审核、质量管理能力评估等。
2. 产线质量管理——过程控制并跟踪日常生产质量问题的解决方案有效性，以及纠正和预防措施的实施，制定供应商质量改进计划，必要时进行现场跟进。
3. NPI质量管理——显示器产品新项目阶段的质量管理。
4. 现场质量管理——分析质量问题的AFR/良率，组织改进计划，并制定相应的供应商发展计划。
5. 问题处理——现场用户质量问题处理及解决方案有效性跟踪。
6. 数字化转型——供应商自动化和数字化转型改进。
岗位要求：
1. 工程、电子、机械或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 英文可以作为工作语言。
3. 3年及以上质量管理经验，熟悉显示器/电视/LCD流程及质量控制要点，有LCD/显示器/电视工厂质量管理经验者优先。
4. 良好的沟通、组织和团队管理能力，能与研发、采购、产品、项目等跨部门进行沟通协调，与供应商进行定期和不定期的质量沟通及协调会议。
5. 熟练使用Excel、Word、PowerPoint及办公软件。
