About this role
About the Role
As a Product Data and Analytics Manager, Group Digital Product, you serve as the primary point of accountability for product data across DKSH's Digital Product portfolio, spanning Customer Relationship Management (CRM), eCommerce/Business-to-Business (B2B), and Digital Services platforms across the region. You set the standards, architecture, and forecasting capability that empower Product Owners and senior leadership to track platform performance, make informed decisions, and plan with confidence.
What You Will Deliver
- Act as the main point of contact for the function's data and reporting needs, from ad hoc and monthly requests to the always-on, self-serve portfolio dashboard that serves leadership and Product Owners alike.
- Own the metrics taxonomy across the portfolio, standardizing how adoption, utilization, and business impact are defined, measured, and reported consistently across all platforms.
- Build and maintain the always-on portfolio dashboard, combining historical performance and current platform health into a single, reliable view that supports timely and informed decision-making.
- Develop predictive and forecasting capability that enables Product Owners and senior leadership to anticipate and address challenges proactively rather than responding after the fact.
- Identify optimization opportunities from data patterns where a process, platform, or spend line can operate more efficiently, and follow through on approved recommendations to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Own data governance and quality standards for the portfolio, setting the benchmark for how data is instrumented, measured, and reported, and validating numbers against source systems to ensure accuracy and trust in the data.
- Collaborate with Product Owners across CRM, eCommerce/B2B, and Digital Services to ensure all platforms instrument and track metrics consistently from the outset of each initiative.
- Report portfolio performance to senior leadership with a clear focus on business outcomes rather than delivery activity.
- Partner with Engineering on the data architecture and pipelines required to deliver a unified view of customers and users across platforms.
- Direct contractors, analysts, or shared Engineering resources on technical build work, reviewing outputs for accuracy, quality, and alignment to established standards.
- Identify and drive opportunities to reduce manual reporting effort within the function, including the automation of recurring reports to improve efficiency and scalability.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in data, analytics, or Business Intelligence (BI) roles, with meaningful time spent close to product or platform teams in digital or technology-driven organizations. Demonstrated experience translating data findings into operational or cost optimization recommendations that were successfully implemented.
- Working knowledge of data concepts and methods, including the ability to read a data model, review a query or forecast, and assess a vendor or engineering approach.
- Understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and how digital platforms are instrumented for measurement and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, as well as forecasting or statistical modelling approaches.
- Experience directing contractors, analysts, or engineering resources to deliver technical work to a high standard.
- Ability to assess business impact, trade-offs, and scalability when defining and applying data standards across multiple platforms.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret product performance indicators such as adoption trends, usage patterns, and business outcomes in a way that informs action.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to lead initiatives and drive outcomes across teams outside direct management.
- Structured thinking and problem-solving capability suited to complex, multi-platform environments.
- Clear and effective communication style that resonates with both business and technical audiences.
- Adaptable, ownership-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, multi-market environment.
