• This job requires vocational training with a technical (vehicle) background.
• Preference is given to employees from the automotive industry (dealer workshop or manufacturer).
• A deep Knowledge of all Ford guarantee topics is necessary.
Special skills and knowledge:
• Good knowledge of vehicle technology
• Communication skills
• Understanding the German Ford/dealer organization
• Knowledge of warranty policies
• Knowledge of OWS-Online
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
Language skills:
• Native language of the local market and excellent German language skills , as well as good written and spoken English skills, are mandatory .
