A leading Medical Education & Training Organization is looking for a Medical Education Specialist to support and coordinate high-quality medical education programs for healthcare professionals across Egypt and the GCC.
### Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate medical courses, workshops, and scientific training programs from planning to execution.
- Communicate and coordinate with physicians, KOLs, lecturers, and trainers.
- Support the development and review of scientific agendas, presentations, and educational materials.
- Coordinate both theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Prepare course requirements, schedules, faculty needs, and training materials.
- Coordinate practical stations, medical materials & consumables, volunteers/models, and trainers when required.
- Ensure smooth execution of courses and solve operational issues during training days.
- Maintain professional relationships with faculty and healthcare professionals.
- Collect and analyse participant and faculty feedback to continuously improve programs.
- Ensure medical and scientific quality standards throughout all educational activities.
- Prepare post-course reports and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or another relevant Healthcare/Medical field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Medical Education, Medical Training, Healthcare, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Experience with CME programs, workshops, medical conferences, or practical medical training is highly preferred.
- Must be hands-on, organized, professional, and able to manage multiple courses and priorities.
