We are now looking for a Leasing Manager who will be responsible for letting, renew and improve our Shopping Centers in Aarhus and Vejle, with exciting and innovative retail concepts.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Leasing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our team, working to create the perfect mix of stores. This is a unique opportunity to influence and shape the future of our shopping centers – as a part of a strong Scandinavian leasing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your perimeter of responsibilities will include:

- Lead and negotiate lease agreements to ensure the best mix of stores and restaurants.

- Work strategically to define and implement our business plans.

- Budget responsibility and regular reporting to management.

- Continuously develop and maintain your retail network to identify new business opportunities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a driven individual with a natural ability to build long-term business relationships. You are goal-oriented with a strong focus on sales. Being proactive comes naturally to you, and you thrive on seeing the results of your work. Experience in leasing or the real estate industry is a plus but not a requirement – what matters most is your readiness to take ownership and your determination to succeed.

In particular:

- Strong sales focus – you have a natural drive and love to make new connections.

- Independent and proactive – you see opportunities where others see challenges.

- Results-driven – you are motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.

- Good financial and legal understanding – you can handle complex negotiations and budget responsibilities.

- Fluency in Danish and English

Working Conditions

- Typical Hours: Full-time

- Location: You will be based in HQ Copenhagen in Field’s. In addition, regular work-related travel to our shopping centers in Aarhus and Vejle is expected.
