About this role
Who We Are:
At Northland, we’re enablers of change, united by our journey to transform the energy sector into the foundation for a sustainable future.
Since our inception, we’ve been early movers in the energy industry, adopting new initiatives that pave the way for communities across the globe and helping forge their path towards a carbon-neutral landscape.
We’re a different kind of independent power producer. As developers, owners and operators who are at the forefront of the energy transition, we’re uniquely positioned to leave a lasting impact in the regions where we operate. We’ve expanded our business across Canada, the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia to become a global leader, all by bringing together industry experts to find solutions with an entrepreneurial mindset.
While our work powers communities across the globe, Northland is powered by our people.
Our current presence in Poland:
Offshore Wind: Our Baltic Power offshore wind farm is a joint venture with Orlen, and the most advanced offshore wind project in Poland. With scheduled completion in 2026, Baltic Power will be the first Polish offshore wind farm operating in the Baltic Sea and will generate about 4,000 GWh of zero-emission electricity per year.
Battery energy storage system (BESS): We acquired two utility-scale BESS projects in Poland in November 2025, totaling 300 MW. Located in the west, the Mieczysławów (200 MW/800 MWh) and Kamionka (100 MW/400 MWh) projects are in the late-stage pre-construction phase.
The Role: We are seeking a highly organised, hands-on Office Manager to be the face of Northland’s Warsaw office. This is a fully office-based, front-of-house role, with the Office Manager based at the reception desk and providing a visible, welcoming point of contact throughout the working day. The role includes hospitality responsibilities for external guests and visiting Executive members, ensuring they receive a professional and well-coordinated experience. The Office Manager will maintain a consistently high standard of office support, take day-to-day ownership of the workplace and ensure the office is organised, fully operational and running correctly. The role will suit someone who is approachable and practical, with the confidence to coordinate people and suppliers and step in wherever general administrative support is needed.
