🔧 Now Hiring: CNC Machine Center Operator for 2nd and 3 rd shift

📍 Location: Minonk, IL
💰 Starting Rates:

- CNC Machine Operator A: $27.25

- CNC Machine Operator B: $25.25

- CNC Machine Operator C: $21.75
💵 $2.50/hr Shift Premium
🎯 Classification based on experience and skills test performance

🔧 🔹 What Youll Do:

- Set up and operate CNC Milling Machine Centers to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.

- Understands specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.

- Translates instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function

- Prepares and loads raw materials and parts onto the machines

- Prepares a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications

- Sets machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts

- Supervises the machines while they execute the tasks and makes any necessary adjustments to produce a better result

- Inspects and measures finished products and compares them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly

- Checks and maintains machinery daily to ensure functionality

Qualifications

🔹 What Were Looking For:

- Ability to read gauges and tape measures

- Ability to operate overhead cranes

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time

- Professional Certification is a plus

- Proven experience as CNC Milling Machine Center Operator (preferred)

- Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings

- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills

- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach

- Good communication abilities
