How you will make an impact

You will drive product strategy, roadmap execution and business outcomes while ensuring strong operational performance and service excellence. You will lead the development of Arla’s core Products platforms, including 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), Product Information Management (PIM) and Artwork Management, supporting product development, product data management, packaging and regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities will include

- Managing budgets, financial planning, vendor partnerships, risks and investment decisions.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment across business, product and technology teams.
- Ensuring compliance, security, data governance and operational standards while supporting innovation and transformation.

- Strong experience leading technology products, product organizations or complex initiatives in an enterprise environment.
- Proven people leadership experience, including developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, investments and vendor relationships.
- Experience managing complex projects or product portfolios with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- A solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Information Management (PIM), product data governance, packaging and artwork processes.
- Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), PIM, Artwork Management or similar enterprise platforms, and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Experience working in product-led organizations and collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners and cross-functional technology teams.
