About this role
Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI
At IQVIA™, we are continuously expanding the boundaries of what’s possible in clinical development through advanced analytics, cutting‑edge technology, and deep scientific expertise. Within IQVIA’s AI and Technology Solutions (ATS) organization, we are investing in agentic AI systems—autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and act—to streamline clinical trial workflows and deliver meaningful operational impact. Our agentic AI portfolio has grown significantly, with multiple funded initiatives aimed at improving speed, quality, and efficiency across clinical operations.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of early‑stage, AI‑native initiatives focused on applying Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows. These initiatives range from rapid prototypes to scaled solutions and require strong product judgment to evaluate, prioritize, and mature.
This is a hands‑on product leadership role that blends strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution. You will work closely with AI, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to move quickly from concept to value—operating comfortably in ambiguity and fast‑moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations
- Lead multiple early‑stage investments in parallel, guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisions
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high‑value use cases and drive adoption
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities
- Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, highly collaborative model
- Define and track KPIs tied to trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency
