<p>At Bike Club, we offer subscriptions for children’s bikes that grow with your kids. Families pay a monthly fee, and when their children outgrow their bikes, we exchange them for a larger size. We refurbish the used bikes and make them available to other families. While our headquarters is in the United Kingdom, we are also active in Germany.</p><p></p><p><strong>What We Are Looking For: </strong></p><p>The<strong> Warehouse Operative</strong> helps with goods coming in and going out, bike cleaning, and keeping track of inventory. They follow processes to keep things running smoothly and to a high standard. They work with the Logistics Lead and other teams to make sure everything is accurate, on time, and supports member satisfaction. We are also looking for a forklift driver, so recent or current experience operating a forklift is essential for this role.</p><p><strong><br>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Goods In:</strong> Receive, unpack, arrange, and store goods.</p></li><li><p><strong>Goods Out:</strong> Gather, pack, prepare and load goods for dispatch.</p></li><li><p><strong>Bike Preparation:</strong> Ensure bikes are clean and prepped for our mechanics.</p></li><li><p><strong>Forklift/Order Picker Operation:</strong> Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move and store goods around the warehouse.</p></li><li><p><strong>Inventory:</strong> Stock control and counts for audits.</p></li><li><p><strong>Health & Safety:</strong> Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What Success Looks Like:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Bike Quality:</strong> Ensuring bikes are prepared, cleaned and delivered to members with minimal defects.</p></li><li><p><strong>Timely Checks:</strong> Completing all checks and tasks within the agreed timeframes.</p></li><li><p><strong>On-Time Dispatch:</strong> Helping to dispatch as many orders as possible on time.</p></li><li><p><strong>Accurate Reporting:</strong> Accurately recording any issues or faults during your work.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>🌴 26 days holiday per year + bank holidays<br>💷 Pension salary sacrifice </p><p>🏡 Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Leave</p><p>🚴 Employee Discount on our bikes </p><p>🚲 Cycle to Work scheme</p>
