<p><strong>English</strong><br>At Bike Club, we offer subscriptions for children's bikes that grow with your kids. Families pay a monthly fee, and when their children outgrow their bikes, we exchange them for a larger size. We refurbish the used bikes and make them available to other families. It's sustainable and hassle-free.</p>
<p>With over 80,000 bikes, we are the second-largest bike rental network globally, and the largest in the children's bike sector. With over $50 million in funding, we are rapidly expanding across Europe. While our headquarters is in the United Kingdom, we are already active in Germany, Austria, Spain and the Netherlands.</p>
<p>The Bike Club is looking for a <strong>Bike Mechanic</strong>. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation and interest in bicycle mechanics who is looking to build upon and develop their skills and turn their passion into a professional career.</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Du spielst eine wesentliche Rolle beim Aufbau der Fahrradwerkstatt in Berlin mit Unterstützung unserer Fahrradexperten aus London. (<em>You play an essential role in building the bike club workshop in Berlin with the support of our bike experts from London).</em></li>
<li>Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere hochwertige, leichte Fahrradflotte gut gewartet ist und vor dem Versand zum Verpacken bereitgestellt wird. <em>(You make sure our quality lightweight bike fleet is well maintained and made available for packing prior to being dispatched.)</em></li>
<li>Du reparierst und generalüberholst nach den hohen Standards des Bike Clubs, teilst die Arbeit im Team ein und unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung und Schulung der Teammitglieder. (<em>You repair and refurbish to bike club high standards, allocate work among the team and support with the onboarding and training of team members.)</em></li>
<li>Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf, treibst die tägliche Leistung deiner Teammitglieder voran und sorgst für eine gut-organisierte und ausgestattete Werkstatt. <em>(You make sure the operational workflow is seamless and drive the day-to-day performance of your team members and maintaining an organised an equipped workshop.)</em></li>
<li>Du meldest und löst Probleme und arbeitest eng mit dem Operations- und Logistikteam zusammen. (<em>You report and solve issues and work closely with operations and third-party logistics team.)</em></li>

<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Du hast Erfahrung als Fahrradmechaniker/in, Zweiradmechaniker/in, Zweiradmechatroniker/in oder hast mechanische/handwerkliche Erfahrung aus einem ähnlichen Bereich. (<em>You have experience as a bicycle mechanic, bicycle mechatronics technician, or mechanical/craft experience from a similar field.)</em></li>
<li>Du glaubst an die Kreislaufwirtschaft und interessierst dich für Nachhaltigkeit. (<em>You believe in the circular economy and sustainability.)</em></li>
<li>Du bist gut organisiert und hast ein Auge für Details <em>(You are well organised and pay attention to details.)</em></li>
<li>Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und/oder Englisch. <em>(You communicate confidently in German and/or English.)</em></li>
