Business Analyst (Utilities Industry)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience and strong exposure to the Utilities Industry . The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while driving digital transformation initiatives across utility operations.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale enterprise projects.
- Proven experience in the Utilities domain is added advantage (Power, Gas, Water, Smart Metering, Energy Distribution, Customer Services, Asset Management, or Grid Operations).
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRS, User Stories, Process Maps, and Wireframes.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Utilities Domain Knowledge (Must Have)

Technical Skills

- SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Jira, Confluence, Azure Cloud
- MS Power Platform
- Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io.
- Power BI/Tableau reporting exposure.
- Understanding of API integrations and digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
