Are you hardworking, reliable and take pride in keeping things clean, organised and running smoothly?
We’re looking for a dedicated and conscientious Kitchen Porter to join the opening team at our new Battersea restaurant, helping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation while supporting our chefs and wider restaurant team.
## Who We Are
We’re a family-run Japanese restaurant , with our first London restaurant based in Kensington, and we’re now excited to be opening our second branch at Battersea Power Station , where this role will be based.
Our goal is to create an exceptional dining experience, and we believe that starts with a happy and passionate team. We genuinely care about our customers and each other, and we’re looking for someone who shares those values. We believe great restaurants are built by people who work hard, support one another and take pride in what they do.
Although the Kitchen Porter role is primarily behind the scenes, it is an essential part of keeping our restaurant running smoothly and ensuring our chefs and front-of-house team can deliver the best possible experience for our guests.
## What We're Looking For
Above all else, we're looking for someone who is kind, conscientious, hardworking and reliable, and genuinely cares about supporting their colleagues and maintaining high standards.
We’re incredibly proud of the culture we’ve built within our existing team, where people proactively support one another. We’re looking for someone who will reinforce that culture — treating everyone with kindness and respect while working together to achieve the highest standards.
