About the Team and Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Data Transformation team, you will help support Citco’s evolution of digital offerings – shaping how new platforms and technologies can be embedded across our platforms and improved offerings to clients. You will work with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Client Service, and Operations to move strategic projects from feasibility, research and evaluation into proven, production-ready capabilities for Citco’s clients.

About You

- You have a quantitative background with a Bachelor/higher-level degree or professional qualification (MBA, MSc).
- Experience across product management, research and product marketing.
- Strong writing skills and proven ability to summarize and interpret complex information for varied audiences.
- Working knowledge of tokenization, digital assets or distributed-ledger technology, and how it applies to fund services.
- Familiarity with fund-services systems and data flows (e.g. Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting) is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable building executive-ready materials.
- 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with knowledge of Private Assets and/or Fund Administration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with strong stakeholder-management ability.
- Aspirations to become a subject-matter expert in tokenization and digital assets within Product Management.
- Someone who enjoys project-based work and collaboration across functional teams, with no two days the same.
