About this role
The Operations Supervisor for National Oilwell Varco, L.P. Coordinates Field Service Specialists, oversees the preparation, testing, and installation of NOV Completion Tools at customer sites, and actively engages in sales support to grow the regional customer base while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
- Minimum 5 years experience in unconventional completions with hands‑on tool knowledge.
- In‑depth technical expertise in downhole tools, liner hangers, packers, stage and coil tools, and NOV Completion Tools operations.
- Ability to perform downhole hydraulic calculations, displacements, buoyancy and pressure analyses.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong customer‑focus and proven ability to support sales and service activities.
- Demonstrated leadership, conflict management, and timely decision‑making skills.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and residence within the service area.
- Ability to pass a physical test and meet all HSE requirements, including PPE training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and customer interaction.
- Commitment to safety leadership and completion of required safety training.
