The Rental Watch Advisor serves as a client resource for hospital customers, helping reduce unnecessary equipment rentals by improving utilization of equipment already owned. This role provides insight, influences behavior change, and drives process improvement through strong analysis and clear, impactful presentations.

What You’ll Do:

- Analyze equipment utilization to identify and reduce unnecessary rentals.
- Provide actionable insights that improve processes and support behavior change within the facility or system.
- Partner with customer administration and clinical staff to support strategically placed rental equipment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Mobile Medical Equipment teams, Clinical Engineering teams, TRIMEDX Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and CAM’s Strategic Advisors.
- Present recommendations and ideas to customers using a consultative approach that drives understanding and impact.

What You’ll Bring:

- 5+ years of experience as a healthcare analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong presentation skills, including proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Proven ability to develop partnerships and influence stakeholders using a consultative approach.

Travel

Requires up to 20% travel.
