Schedule: Flexible shifts available – days, evenings, weekends

What You’ll Do as a Home Care CNA
• Personal care: Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility and safety: Assist with transfers, walking and fall prevention
• Health monitoring: Take vital signs and report changes in condition to the RN Case Manager
• Medication reminders: Help clients stay on schedule with their medications
• Daily living support: Prepare meals, do light housekeeping and run errands
• Companionship: Provide conversation, encouragement and emotional support
• Documentation: Record care notes accurately and on time
Qualifications
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Colorado
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Patient, dependable and caring, with strong communication skills
