In-Home CNA / Caregiver | Fort Collins, Colorado
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour | Flexible shifts | Full-time and part-time

We’re hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and experienced caregivers in Fort Collins and nearby areas to support seniors and adults who want to stay safe and independent at home.

Your Day as an In-Home CNA
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Assist with transfers, mobility and fall prevention
• Check vital signs and report changes to the RN Case Manager
• Give medication reminders
• Prepare meals and do light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and run errands
• Keep accurate care notes
What You Need
• Active Colorado CNA certification
• CNA or caregiving experience in home care, home health, assisted living, long-term care or a hospital
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification [confirm]
• A caring, patient and dependable attitude
