About this role
Savannah River National Laboratory is seeking an entry‑level Laboratory Technician to perform laboratory testing, sample preparation, and analytical support under appropriate levels of supervision. This role supports the Material Test Laboratory's (MTL) Nuclear Stockpile Stewardship mission for the Nuclear Security Enterprise, while operating within the Savannah River Tritium Enterprise.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Candidate must have completed ACT WorkKeys Skills Assessment and achieved a minimum score of: 2 in Workplace Observation
- 3 in Applied Math
- 3 in Graphic Literacy
- 4 in Workplace Documents
- Test scores for each assessment must be within the last five years and must be uploaded to Oracle at the time of application submission or by the time the posting closes to be considered for this vacancy. Upload the ACT WorkKeys Skills test scores where you would upload a cover letter.
- Position requires the ability to secure and maintain a Q level security clearance.
