Pay starts on hire: $25/hour, plus commission once registered. Series 65 study before hire is unpaid.

How it works:
- Interview first.
- The firm pays the Series 65 exam fee and materials.
- About 2 months of unpaid self-study at the office.
- No firm work or client contact before hire.
- No repayment or clawback.
- Before study starts, each candidate signs a written notice of no wages and no job entitlement.
- Pass the Series 65 and you're eligible for hire. Passing makes you eligible for hire, not guaranteed a job. On hire, we file your New York investment adviser representative registration.
- Hourly pay starts on hire.
- Commission means a share of the advisory fees from the client relationships you serve, paid under a written commission plan.

Requirements
- No active Series 65 needed.
- Pass an interview first.
- Willing to study for the Series 65 on-site at our Garden City office (900 Stewart Ave, Suite 202) for about two months, unpaid, with no firm work before hire.
- Pass the Series 65 and be eligible for New York investment adviser representative registration.
- Works on-site in Garden City once hired.
- A background in banking, insurance or another finance role is a plus.
