About this role
SimpleCREDIT provides business-purpose real estate financing for investors, based in Garden City, New York. We finance bridge, fix-and-flip (residential transitional) and DSCR rental loans for real estate investors.
We are hiring an experienced Loan Originator to grow our investor lending business on Long Island and in the New York metro area. You will work with our in-house processing and underwriting teams, so you can focus on finding and closing loans.
What you will do
- Source bridge, fix-and-flip and DSCR loans from investors, brokers and developers.
- Manage each loan from first conversation through closing.
- Structure deals within our credit guidelines.
- Submit complete loan packages to processing and underwriting.
- Build and maintain referral relationships.
This role covers business-purpose and investor loans only. Consumer residential mortgage origination is not part of this role.

Requirements
What we are looking for
- Two or more years originating or brokering investor, private or hard-money real estate loans.
- Existing borrower or broker relationships are a strong plus.
- Clear communication and steady follow-up.
