About this role
Why us?
At The Ben, West Palm Beach, every corner tells a story, and every connection creates opportunity. Inspired by the legacy of Byrd “Birdie” Dewey and her iconic Ben Trovato estate, our Autograph Collection hotel blends modern luxury with creativity, sophistication, and a spirit of individuality that feels Exactly Like Nothing Else.
Perched along the Intracoastal Waterway in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, The Ben is more than a destination—it is a place where exceptional hospitality, culinary creativity, and memorable experiences come together. From Proper Grit, our signature whisky and supper club-inspired restaurant, to Spruzzo, our rooftop Mediterranean lounge with sweeping waterfront views, each venue offers a distinctive dining experience that reflects the character and energy of our hotel.
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you have the opportunity to lead a team that brings these experiences to life every day. From creating a welcoming atmosphere to delivering exceptional service, developing talent, and driving operational excellence, your leadership plays an essential role in shaping the guest experience and the success of our restaurants and bars.
At The Ben, we believe luxury is a mindset reflected in every detail—from the way we present ourselves and communicate with one another to how we anticipate guest needs and create genuine connections. We look for leaders who inspire their teams, take ownership, think creatively, and understand that exceptional hospitality begins with the people delivering it.
Here, Food & Beverage is more than serving exceptional food and drinks. It's about creating memorable experiences, building strong teams, and setting a standard of hospitality that is Exactly Like Nothing Else.
