About this role

Why us?

That spirit of creativity, elegance, and individuality carries through everything we do, shaping a hospitality experience that feels Exactly Like Nothing Else. At Spruzzo, perched above West Palm Beach with sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway, every shift unfolds against a backdrop of sunlit afternoons and vibrant evenings. Spruzzo is more than a rooftop lounge, it is a destination where atmosphere, energy, and service come together to create unforgettable moments.

As a Rooftop Host , you are the entry point to that experience and the first impression of our hospitality. You welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine care, setting the stage for their visit from the moment they arrive. Whether managing peak arrival rushes, balancing seating flow with precision across the floor, or anticipating guest preferences before they ask, you bring intention and poise to every interaction.

The Rooftop Host role is about more than managing the reservation book and seating tables. It is about reading the rhythm of the rooftop, orchestrating a seamless arrival flow in a high-energy environment, and making every guest feel instantly welcomed and valued. Every detail matters, from your opening greeting to the pacing of the seating door, ensuring that from arrival to farewell, the Spruzzo experience feels effortless, vibrant, and refined.
