About this role
Plans seating chart and organizes reservations, checking with manager to ensure you have all reservations for the shift and are aware of any large parties arriving. Responsible for ensuring that the guests’ visit exceeds their expectations while ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations of FL state. Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings & holidays, as needed. Previous experience in high volume and full-service Bar and/or Food & Beverage/Outlet preferred.
