Shuttle Driver Job Responsibilities

- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and local destinations

- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude

- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable shuttle vehicle

- Assist customers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed

- Support dealership operations through occasional errands and vehicle movement

- Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety procedures

- Communicate effectively with service advisors and dealership staff regarding customer transportation needs

Shuttle Driver Qualifications

- Valid driver's license

- Clean driving record

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles

- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
